Using Late Season Attractants l Synthetic Scents

Late season attractants can improve your post rut season. Using late season attractants can improve your odds of getting that shooter buck in your shooting range. Late season attractants can range from food attractants to urine based scents. We recommend using synthetic scents due to late season scents can often be used in early season as well. The use of synthetic scents is a great option because their shelf life is longer. Most food attractants will include scents like sweet corn, apple, or acorn. These foods are major source of nutrition for whitetail deer after a draining rut season and preparing for the harsh winter weather.  The late season urine based attractants are useful because they are calming scents or curiosity scents. The smell of other deer in the area keep whitetail deer calm and giving them the idea that other deer are in the area.
